Jared Vermeeren is the Founder & CEO of Real to Reel Capital, a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning multifamily assets in high-growth U.S. markets, with a primary focus on the Greater Miami area of Florida. The firm specializes in value-add multifamily opportunities targeting underperforming C-class properties with the objective of repositioning them into stabilized B-class assets through strategic renovations, operational improvements, and disciplined asset management.

Prior to founding Real to Reel Capital, Mr. Vermeeren built his foundation in real estate through investor-focused sales and advisory work with eXp Realty in Canada, where he became recognized as a top-producing real estate professional in his market. His experience includes working closely with investors on acquisition strategy, market positioning, and long-term portfolio growth.
