Jared Vermeeren is the Founder & CEO of Real to Reel Capital, a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning multifamily assets in high-growth U.S. markets, with a primary emphasis on the Greater Miami area of Florida. The firm specializes in value-add strategies targeting C-class to B-class properties, with a disciplined approach to forced appreciation and long-term cash flow. Real to Reel Capital is currently actively structuring and acquiring opportunities designed to deliver stable, asset-backed returns for investors.

Prior to founding Real to Reel Capital, Mr. Vermeeren built his foundation in real estate as a specialist with eXp Realty in Canada, where he worked closely with investors and was recognized as a top producer within his market. His experience centers on advising investors on acquisition strategy, deal analysis, and portfolio growth, with a focus on practical execution and disciplined decision-making.

Mr. Vermeeren is known for his conservative underwriting philosophy and emphasis on capital preservation, particularly when exploring innovative investment structures. Through Real to Reel Capital, he is focused on bridging traditional real estate investing with access to alternative opportunities, while maintaining a strong foundation in income-producing assets. Douglas Vermeeren

Entertainment Liaison

Douglas Vermeeren began his career in the entertainment industry as a child actor, laying the foundation for a dynamic and multifaceted journey in film and television. Over the years, he has built an extensive body of work, contributing to more than 70 films as an actor, producer, and director. His versatility in front of and behind the camera has earned him recognition across multiple disciplines, with numerous awards honoring both his acting performances and directorial achievements.

In addition to his work in traditional film, Vermeeren has made a significant impact in the personal development space. He produced five of the top ten personal development documentaries, establishing himself as a leading voice in that genre. His debut film, The Opus (2008), became an international success, translated into more than 26 languages worldwide and adapted into a book distributed in the same number of languages. This project helped solidify his reputation as both a filmmaker and a thought leader.

Beyond filmmaking, Vermeeren has also been featured as a model in prominent publications including GQ, Vanity Fair, Vogue, Hollywood Weekly, and Variety. His influence extends into the business side of the industry as well, having supervised investments into more than 20 films. She brings extensive experience in real estate operations, property management, and business administration, with a focus on structure, accountability, and execution.

Amy’s background includes overseeing operational systems, financial coordination, vendor relationships, and processes that support portfolio stability and long‑term performance. Her hands‑on involvement in real estate operations allows her to contribute a practical perspective to investment structures and ongoing asset oversight.
